After reading Running for Life, I was determined to try the tips Roy outlines...no swinging arms, soft soled shoes (after doing a short barefoot practice run to understand the posture) and I have to say that for the very first time in my life, I ran an "easy" three miles yesterday! I have run half marathons, but running has always been work for me be it one mile or 13. I never knew what training programs were talking about when they said an "easy" three miles and now I do! And, the most impressive thing is that I forgot my ipod, so had no music (which is typically critical) and my I ran most of the time at a pace which I normally consider to be my fastest pace! Lifting weights today, but running again tomorrow - we'll see if it is a trend or if I had an unusually lucky day yesterday!

DKN power plate vibration technology not only makes you stronger it maintains bone density, rehabilitation, prevents falls and increases a person's metabolism so it helps to control a person's weight and it is very help full for anti aging exercise.

I have been a heal striking runner for about 30 years. I have been 'running soft' for about 3 months now and have never felt better. Roy has some great points that will keep me running for years to come. Say goodbye to my sore lower back and tight hamstrings! Thanks Roy!
